Where is the event taking place?

Is there a dress code?

Yes, the dress code is smart casual. This means formal attire with creative personal touches – think elegant foundation with unique accessories, colours, or textures that express your style.

How do I register for the event?

Registration is available online through our website by purchasing our tickets. Due to limited seating, we recommend registering early to secure your spot.

Is there a registration fee?

Yes, tickets are the registration. This includes access to all talks, networking sessions, and light refreshments throughout the day.

Will there be food and drinks provided?

We will provide light refreshments, coffee, and networking snacks during breaks. If you have dietary restrictions, please contact us at tedx@js.ju.se when registering.

Can I take photos or record during talks?

Photography is permitted during networking sessions, but recording or photography during talks is not allowed to respect speakers and maintain the intimate atmosphere. Official event photos will be shared after the event.

Will the talks be recorded and available later?

Yes, all talks will be professionally recorded and uploaded to the official TEDx YouTube channel within a few weeks after the event.
